Flov began with a simple idea — that gajras, one of the most intimate and traditional adornments a woman wears, deserve to be elevated. Not just in material, but in meaning. We started in Coimbatore, surrounded by the fragrance of jasmine and the craft of local artisans, and we set out to create something different.
Every gajra at Flov is made by hand. We use premium foam, fresh mullai, rose, and kemp materials to create pieces that look beautiful, feel comfortable, and last through every celebration — from a quiet morning puja to a grand wedding ceremony.
We believe in the art of slowness. Each piece takes time, care, and intention. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just devotion to the craft, passed down through generations and reimagined for the modern woman.

How your gajras reach you
Delivery areas. We currently deliver across India. Orders within Coimbatore are eligible for same-day or next-day delivery depending on the time of order and product availability.
Delivery timelines. Coimbatore: same-day to 1 business day. Rest of Tamil Nadu: 2-3 business days. Rest of India: 3-5 business days. Fresh flower gajras are dispatched only to locations where freshness can be maintained on arrival - we will contact you before dispatch if your pincode is outside this range.
Shipping charges. The exact shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before payment. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free delivery.
Order processing. Made-to-order and fresh flower items are prepared after your order is confirmed, which may add 1 business day before dispatch. You will receive your order details and updates on WhatsApp.
Delays. While we do our best to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or festival rush. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 89034 27571 and we will resolve it on priority.

Simple, fair, and honest
Foam & artificial gajras (clips, pins, artificial strings). If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packing. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the product to start a return.
Fresh flower gajras. Being perishable and made to order, fresh flower products cannot be returned. However, if your gajra arrives damaged or in poor condition, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will offer a replacement or refund after review.
Damaged or wrong item received. We are truly sorry - send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days of approval. You will receive a confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Return shipping. For approved returns of foam/artificial products, we will guide you on the return process on WhatsApp. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the customer; for damaged/wrong items it is borne by us.

How we handle your information
What we collect. When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. If you subscribe to our newsletter or send a message through the contact form, we store the details you provide.
How we use it. Your information is used only to process and deliver your orders, respond to your queries, send order updates, and (if subscribed) share new arrivals and offers. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Payments. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords - these are handled entirely by Razorpay on their PCI-DSS compliant systems.
Where your data lives. Account and order data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure. Access to order information is restricted to authorized store administration only.
Your choices. You can view and update your saved address anytime from My Account. To delete your account and associated personal data, or to unsubscribe from emails, contact us at hello@flovthegajraedit.com and we will process it promptly.
Cookies & local storage. We use your browser's local storage to keep your cart and login session working smoothly. No third-party advertising trackers are used on this site.
